The holiday season is fast approaching, so to make sure your soup'r gifts get to your recipients on time, below are the deadlines for placing orders, according to shipping method. Your order must be placed before these dates in order to ensure your gift arrives before Christmas.
The deadlines for our guaranteed Christmas delivery are:
Ground Shipping (Free Samples): November 18th
Expedited Shipping (Free Shipping on orders over $30):December 1st
Express Post Shipping: December 9th *NEW* FREE Shipping on all orders over $30

» Orders eligible for our Free Shipping Offer will be sent via Expedited Service.
» Our Free Shipping Offer applies to orders being delivered within Canada and the U.S. only.
» If you are eligible for our Free Shipping Offer, but have chosen to upgrade to our Express Post Service, the rates have already been discounted accordingly (meaning that you won't be paying the full price for Express Post Service).
» Cancelling items on your order may affect your order's Free Shipping status
Free Sample Only- If you're taking advantage of our Giant Free Sample offer, it's only $5.00 for shipping and handling. We ship our free samples via ground courier, which can take up to 4-6 weeks and has no tracking information available.
Expedited Shipping- This is our most economical shipping option for full orders. Expedited orders are estimated to arrive in 10-15 business days, but Canada Post offers no gaurantees and can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. You will receive a tracking number for your order that will only be scanned in to the system upon delivery to your local post office.
Express Post Shipping- This is our only shipping method with a guaranteed delivery time and tracking throughout the delivery process. Orders are guaranteed to arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order that can be checked 1-2 days after you have recieved a shipping confirmation from us.
» Once your order has shipped out, we will send you a shipment confirmation email. If you've placed a full order with us (not just a free sample), then you'll receive a tracking number for your order in this email. If you've opted for Expedited Shipping, your tracking number won't be scanned in until it's reached your local post office, but the Express Post option tracks your order from our door to yours.
» To track your order, click on the appropriate link below (either Canadian or U.S.) and enter your tracking number.
» All First Orders ship with your choice of Giant Free Sample! There is a limit of only one free sample per household.
» We ship via Canada Post and USPS, so if you have a PO Box, please provide us with your PO Box address rather than your home address (otherwise, it will most likely be returned to us)
» If you have a special delivery request (ie. 'leave at front door') - please note that while we try our best to let the Post Office know, the most we can do is write your instructions in the address section. If the Post Office chooses not to follow our instructions, this is out of our hands - please have an alternative pick-up option if your request is not followed.
» All Orders ship within 2 business days. Within a day or so of shipping, you will get an email letting you know that your order has shipped! If there is a delivery related problem - please let us know! We will take care of it for you - part of our 100% Guarantee!
» Free Samples weigh over a pound, and can not be sent to addresses outside of Canada and the US. However "Orders" can be sent overseas (Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery time for international orders).
» All Orders for overseas ship with something extra free inside! We won't say what - but it will be Yummy!
» We use Canada Post - Air Mail. The cost is determined by the weight of your box.
» All Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery depends on your location and can be slow. Within a day or so of shipping, you will get an email letting you know that we have shipped along with your tracking number.
» All International orders MUST be paid for in US funds
