Healthy Style Cooking Directions

Looking for 25% less sodium and fat? No problem. If you bought one of our serve 4 pouches - just add another cup of water. If you bought one of our giant serve 17 bags of soup mix, no problem there either.

Just follow the directions below - you'll end up with 4 cups of great tasting soup - with 25% fewer calories and fat.

»Step 1: Pour contents of bag into a food storage container and mix well
»Step 2: Measure the desired amount of soup mix into the pot (see below)
»Step 3: For soups requiring milk, make a paste out of the mix and 1 cup of milk. For all other soups - make the paste out of mix and 1 cup of water.
»Step 4: Add 3 cups of boiling (hot) water to the paste. Mix Well, bring back to a boil.
»Step 5: Simmer until vegetables are tender (about 15 to 20 minutes)
»Step 6: Don't forget to stir from time to time.

3/4 cup of mix, 1 cup of milk, 3 cups of water
» Cream of 3 Mushrooms
5/8 cup of mix, 1 cup of milk, 3 cups of water
» Cheese Soup & Vegetables
3/4 cup of mix, 1 cup of milk, 3 cups of water
» Potato Chowder
7/8 cup of mix, 1 cup of milk, 3 cups of water
» Creamy Silky Potato
1 cup of mix, 4 cups of water
» Cream of 10 Veg
3/4 cup of mix, 4 cups of water

» Tomato Vegetable
1 cup of mix, 4 cups of water
» Chicken Noodle
3/4 cup of mix, 4 cups of water
» Chicken Rice
3/4 cup of mix, 4 cups of water
» Minestrone
3/4 cup of mix, 4 cups of water
» Classic French Onion
3/4 cup of mix, 4 cups of water
