Redeeming your Soup'r Gift Certificate

So you were lucky enough to receive an ED Foods gift certicate (in US or CND $) and now you want to go on a soup'r shopping spree! Before you do, please have a quick read through our instructions and policies (this will help ensure your order goes through smoothly and quickly!) and then you can go shop away!

1. Browse through our online catalogue and add the items you'd like to your shopping cart

2. When you are done selecting your gift, come back to this page and enter the 10 digit claim code found at the bottom of your gift certificate, select your gift certificate's amount and click 'add to cart'

*Note: You can 'add' your claim code to your cart before or after you select your items.

3. When you go to your shopping cart, you will see the amount of your gift certificate automatically deducted from your total (or your total will say 'free' if your gift is under the gift certificate amount). When you are done shopping, click the 'check out now' button. Select the 'Gift Certificate Redemption' check out option if your gift is free, or your preferred payment method if you have a balance owing. Fill in the necessary information and we'll send you your soup'r gift! **

** Some fine print on redeeming your Gift Certificate:

1) If your order total is higher than the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the balance with either a credit card, a paypal payment, check or money order (we won't fuss over a few cents though!). Do call if you have questions - 1-800-267-3333 ext 235

2) If there is an unused balance of more than $5, a new gift certificate for the remaining amount will be issued via email. If the balance is less than $5, when we get the order - we'll ask you to add in one or more items to make up the difference.

3) With some exceptions, Certificates should be redeemed with 12 months - but we won't fuss if it takes you longer than that to decide what you really want.

4) Gift Certificates are non-transferable except with the specific written permission from the gift certificate recipient (and we reserve the right to verify via phone as well).

5) ED Foods will have the right to refuse future orders and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed on the ed-foods.com website.
