Get the newsletter FAQ Search the site Paying for your Order Which Credit Cards do you accept? Visa and Mastercard. Back--> You are located in Canada - how does that affect the Credit Card Charge? Good Question. Free sample only requests are processed in Canadian Funds. If you are in the US - you'll see a converstion done by your bank on your statement. The end result should be very close to $2.98 US. Orders are processed in US Funds if you pay using Visa with either a US or international mailing addresses. You will be charged exactly what you see on the site. Mastercard orders - because of Canadian Banking laws - are processed in Canadian Funds - so there will be an exchange. The resulting amount on your bank statement should be within pennies of what you authorized, but it does depend on your bank. Some banks work closer to the 'official' exchange rate - other's add a quiet surcharge! If you aren't happy or have questions - let us know! We'll fix it for you! Do you accept Paypal? Yes. We've been accepting Paypal for almost 2 years - and are one of their top merchants. A status we're actually pretty proud of! Back--> Do you accept Discover or American Express? No. Discover is owned by Sears, and is strictly an American credit card - since we're located in Canada, our banks just don't recognize it! As for American Express - it's a very expensive card for merchants to accept - and we try to keep our prices low - we just can't afford it. (Sorry about that) Back--> Do you accept personal checks or money orders? Yes! We even have a special check option designed just for this purpose. When you choose Check out now - just pick that option. You'll get a handy form to print - then just put that and your check / money order into the mail to us. When it get's here - we'll send you your soup! Back--> I was printing the order - and my printer died - what now? No problem! You'll be getting another copy from us on the next business day - you can try again. But the honest truth is that we only need the 12 digit code - we can look up your order here. So just send in your check/money order and be sure to tell us that Americart Order # - it's the key!
