Our free samples are huge
- Soup for 12 to 17 is a lot of soup! And it's
heavy. The post office is going to charge us to
deliver - they won't do it free - we asked. So we

Can I have 2
Giant Free Sample on the same order?
|
|
|
|
|
No. We're a tiny soup manufacturer. And the idea
behind our free sample offer is to get you to try
one of our soups. Once you have - you are going to
be impressed - and you will realize that our prices
are amazing. So we really have to limit people to
one Giant Free Sample per household - regardless of
what you can convince the shopping cart to
show!

Can I send a
Giant Free Sample to a friend
|
|
|
|
|
Yes! We even have a
special check option designed just for this
purpose. Start at the free
sample page - pick your
free sample - put it in the shopping cart and Go to
Check Out Now. One of the many options is
'Give the same Gift
to up to 4
friends'. Pick
that one - you'll give us your name, your friend
(s) name (s) and address (es) - and we'll charge
you for the order. We'll even put 'Gift' stickers
on the outside so they know there's a gift for
them. If you choose to Gift Wrap the gifts, we'll
add a nice personalized card plus some other
stuff.

I've already had
a Giant Free Sample - can I get another
one?
|
|
|
|
|
You are allowed only One
Giant Free sample per household - but there's a
great way to get another Giant Freebie! We always
put something free in every order
- the size depends on how
much you order. If your order is over $45 - we'd be
glad to put in another Giant Free Sample - you can
tell us which one using special instructions - or
you can just let us pick. It will be nice! That's
for sure.

Do I have to
make up the whole bag for 17?
|
|
|
|
|
Some people have no problem making up less than
the whole bag. Just be sure to mix the soup base on
the bottom well with the noodles/veggies/etc. on
the top. Then use apx. 1 cup of mix to 4 cups of
water. If this sounds too challenging - there's an
alternative! Make up the entire bag (you'll be
making 140 fl oz of soup - at least) and when it's
finished cooking, put the soup into
tuppleware/ziplock containers and freeze. It will
defrost perfectly. Add water if
necessary.

Why does the
shopping cart say - Discount already
taken?
|
|
|
|
|
Our shopping cart wants
you to know how much you've saved by shopping with
us - but it uses a rather odd turn of phrase to say
it. So - say you bought something with a list price
of $8.50 - but it was on sale for 10% off. The
shopping cart would show you your purchase at
$8.50, marked down to $7.65 - and then say -
"Subtotal reflects
line item discounts of $0.85 already
taken".
Too Wierd!
