Real Dijon Mustards are
made in Dijon, France. And this is the real
thing. Just a
little bit
spicy, but
smooth to taste, and completely delicious. The
folks at Maille have been making mustard for 250
years - you better believe they know what they
are doing. Maille Dijon
goes brilliantly
with all types of
food - meat,
fish, cooked or raw vegetables - or use it as a
secret ingredient in your dressings and sauces.
I won't tell! Just $3.50 a 250 ml (about 9 oz)
squeeze bottle.
Wow. (Picked as
the best Dijon in Fine Cooking Magazine - easily
beating out Grey Poupon!)

Belgian Chocolate Bars
|
|
Known the world
over as the best chocolate makers - the Belgian
take their chocolate very seriously indeed. So
imagine my delight to discover these totally
delcious treats. I even visited the factories to
watch them carefully hand make the chocolates.
And I have 3 different delicious manufacturers
to delight you. Dolfin is the acknowledged
sophisticate - elegant, unique, memorable. Cote
d'Or is a bit larger - with again a unique
flavor. And Cachet is simple nothing but pure,
rich chocolate. Do enjoy.

Important shipping
note: In warm
weather, chocolate can be badly affected by
shipping. All our chocolate leaves here perfect
- but if it arrives with 'bloom' - just put it
back in the fridge, it will be fine. If it
arrives broken - just enjoy the pieces! We
totally guarantee the taste - but if you live in
a really warm climate - you might want to wait
till winter to enjoy our chocolates (or choose
to go Federal Express 2nd day
delivery!)
