Envelope of Outrageously Good Tomato Vegetable soup, prepared as directed
*1/2 cup cooked white fish (cod is excellent)
*1/2 cup cooked salad shrimp
*6 1/2 oz can of clams with it's juice.
-Mix together. Simmer 25 minutes until thick for an excellent
and easy Bouillabaisse!"

"Simple, easy, foolproof Manhattan Calm Chowder...
-Mix an envelope of O.G. Tomato Vegetable Soup Mix with 3
cups of water
-Bring to a boil and add 2 cans (13 ounces) of clams & its
juice.
-Simmer 25 minutes for some of the BEST you've tasted!"

Veggie Sauce Makes
1.5 cups of vegetarian sauce
or gravy!
Great over cooked vegetables, or if you like - fish, chicken,
patty shells, or seafood.
-In a medium size pot, combine 1/2 cup of Outrageously Good Cream of 10 Veg
soup mix, 1/2 cup cream and 1 cup water
-Bring to a boil, stirring continuously with a whisk or
a fork
-Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer for 10 minutes,
stirring from time to time.
-Add salt and pepper to taste.

Quiche (quick, give me a Quiche!) Makes 1 quiche
* 1 x 9" pie shell (unbaked)
* 8 slices of bacon, cut in half (optional)
* 1/4 lb Gruyere or Swiss Cheese, sliced
* 4 eggs
* 1 1/2 cup cream
* 1/2 cup Outrageously Good Cream of 10 Veg Soup Mix
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Place bacon (if using) and cheese on the bottom of pie
shell
- In a bowl, beat eggs, and add cream and soup mix. Blend
well
- Pour Mixture into pie shell. Bake for 35 minutes or until
set.
