»"Picnic
Chicken with a Kick!"
I placed your Au Jus on cooked chicken breasts for a
picnic. First I placed the cooked chicken in water then
rolled in mix and placed meat bone side down on BBQ for
10 to 15 minutes. It was Divine!!!!

»'Slow
Cook'n' Ideas
Now in the ~hot~ weather here in Florida, I use my slow
cooker a lot. Try putting in some Inspiration Au Jus
mix and about 3/4 cup water - and 4 cubed steaks - let
it cook on medium in the slow cooker for about 2 hours!!
Yummmmmmmyyyyyy......!!!
Also in the slow cooker, start with a couple spoons full
of your Au Jus mix and about 3/4 cup water, put in small
beef roast; whole, washed potatoes; carrots; green peppers;
mushrooms - cook on medium setting for about 2-1/2 hours.
The flavor of the Au Jus goes thru the meat and the vegies
- I call it E.D.-delicious!
It's become one of hubby's favorite combinations in the
slow cooker (which is almost an exclusive in the summer).
Want another idea with your wonderful Au Jus mix?? For
a taste-tantalizing chicken. Wash skinless, boneless
chicken breasts. Leave dripping wet and roll breasts
in Au Jus mix. Bake at 400-degrees in small broiler-oven
(that doesn't heat up the house) for 25-minutes, or until
done. Wonderful ~new~ idea for chicken!!
