Feisty Shrimp Chowder
1 bag Outrageously Good Tomato Vegetable Soup Mix, plus 4 Qts.
water
2 packages Perfect Caesar Drink Mix made with 2 Qts.
water
1 lb cooked & cleaned rock shrimp or prawns
1/2 cup cilantro
Just prepare the tomato vegetable soup halfway (cook
for half the time indicated) then add the tomato juice
and shrimp. Finish cooking and garnish with chopped cilantro.

This recipe is sinfully simple! I made it for a family
reunion dinner and wowed 'em all, even picky nephew Eli!
