Fun
Montreal Style
Customer suggestions for taking our BBQ Rub and
Montreal Style Steak Spice from awesome to amazing!
» "Tried
this last night - thought I'd have enough left
for lunch - but it was gone! To
serve the corn - if circumstances allow -
put out a block of butter and let every one
roll their own! Add salt to taste. If this
is too 'country' for your home - then people
can also just spread on the butter using
a knife (not as much fun though!)
Cube
some potatoes,
toss in olive
oil and place
on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle half
with BBQ sauce
and the other
half with Montreal
Style Steak Spice. Sprinkle
all with chives
and bake in the
oven until crisp.
Absolutely excellent!
Also,
the Montreal
Steak Spice is
excellent for mixing with
flour for seasoned flour.
I added a bunch of other
spices also, but it makes
for killer fried chicken
and fried onion rings!"

»"Portabello
Mushrooms (they taste like steak when grilled)
light sprinkling of Montreal
BBQ Rub makes
them incredible. You can actually serve the
mushrooms as steak and if you keep a straight
face, your guests will likely believe that
it is Steak"

» "Put
dry rice into the bottom of a utility pan,
as much as you would make for your family.
Add a pouch of soup, whatever strikes your
fancy, place chicken segments on top, sprinkle
with Montreal
BBQ Rub. Fill
with water, enough to cover the rice, cover
with aluminum foil and bake at 325 for glass
pans, 350 for metal for about an hour. Turn
chicken over once during cooking and season
the reverse side. It's an entire meal in
one pan! I like this using the Cream
of 3 Mushrooms soup
the best!"

BBQ Rub in
omelets and scrambled eggs - not a lot,
just for background. Really kicks up the
flavor."

» "I
marinated three T-bones overnight in your Montreal
Steak Spice and
a little olive oil, then grilled them on
the pit. It was heaven!!! "
