At first I was skeptical about ordering Chili thru mail order, who ever heard of such a thing, totally unamerican! (Leslie - That's because we're based in Canada!)

Ordering the Chili turned out to be 1 of the best things I ever did! My father's is still the best Chili I ever ate but Ed's is so close it's scary!

Chicken Noodle Soup

With my husband working late, I wasn't in the mood to cook dinner for my 9 year old and myself tonight so, we tried the soup. First I like the convenience of preparation. Second, I was surprised by all the noodles. The flavor was smooth, not greasy, tasty, but for my personal taste, I added pepper. Also, my 9 year old daughter said, it tasted good. She usually only eats Campbell's Chicken Noodle. I asked her to compare the two and here is her opinion. She said it has more stuff in it than Campbells and liked the carrots.

Gourmet Sampler

After reading some of your other customer's tips, I added a can of diced tomatoes and a can of niblet corn, then served it over noodles. No leftovers here! It was so good, so rich, so easy for ME to prepare that my dear wife became a little jealous of the recipe!

So far, my family has tried the minestrone and pea soups and the chili. The soups were a big hit with everyone, even my kids who don't care much for cooked vegetables. (My husband thought I made the pea soup. I confessed that it was your mix.) The chili was a tad spicy for my kids, but I enjoyed it.
